nokta.dev is published by NOKTA APP YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“nokta”, “we”), a limited company registered in Türkiye. These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of any client engagement.

What this site is

A marketing site. It describes the studio, publishes articles, links to the apps we build, and offers a link to book a call. There is nothing to sign up for: no accounts, no logins, no payments, and no forms that collect your details. You can read all of it without giving us anything.

Using the site

Read it, link to it, and quote from it. If you quote an article, credit nokta.dev and link back. Beyond that, the only things we ask you not to do are the obvious ones: don’t try to break the site or the infrastructure behind it, don’t republish an article wholesale as your own, and don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.

Who owns what

The articles, case studies, images, and the nokta.dev name and mark are ours, except where something is credited to someone else. Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear with their permission.

Code in our articles is there to be used. Unless a snippet says otherwise, you may copy it into your own work without asking and without attribution.

Nothing here is an offer or advice

Descriptions of our work, capabilities, and past projects are marketing material, not a binding offer. Any engagement with us runs on a separate written agreement, signed by both sides; where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

The articles are technical writing about how we approach problems. They are not engineering, legal, or financial advice for your situation, and following them is your decision.

Links to other services

Booking a call goes to Cal.com, and each of our apps has its own site. Those services are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control them.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, current, or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. To the extent Turkish law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version; there is no separate archive of previous ones.

Governing law

Turkish law governs these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
